Check your timing belt every once in awhile. Though these motors are only at 489hrs. The port motor timing belt was chipped and filed down due to a failed tensioner. Belt dust or fine black powder everywhere is a clear sign of excessive wear if you can't directly see the belt. The failure of this belt could be the end of your motor.
